On the Structure of NP_C

چکیده
This paper deals with complexity classes PC and NPC, as they were introduced over the complex numbers by Blum, Shub and Smale [3] . Under the assumption PC 6= NPC the existence of non-complete problems in NPC , not belonging to PC , is established.
